He began as a working student in finance and reporting before joining a Hamburg-based investment firm, where he advanced from analyst to associate and specialised in real estate investment trusts and portfolio reporting. He later expanded his expertise as a research manager for industrial real estate, with a focus on capital markets and logistics assets. Most recently, he has been active as an investment analyst in the real estate sector, concentrating on industrial property transactions.

At NextUnion, Alexander’s role is to align financial structures with tangible assets, offering SMEs access to opportunities in real estate and direct investments. His analytical rigour and international background equip him to transform complex structures into pragmatic strategies that deliver resilience and growth.

With a Master’s degree in Business Communication, Norman Rudolf combines academic expertise with practical experience as Business Developer and Entrepreneur in Residence. Early in his career, he worked on initiatives at the interface of innovation and advisory, including the design of an embedded insurance solution. This gave him a unique perspective on the needs of SMEs when engaging with advisory firms.

At NextUnion, Norman is responsible for digital strategy and operations. He develops the firm’s intranet and digital platforms, ensuring that information, processes, and documents are integrated seamlessly into daily work. His role extends into client-facing communication and selected business development mandates, where he translates structural clarity into tangible outcomes.

Norman’s impact lies in bridging digital infrastructure with entrepreneurial realities. By combining communication, technology, and advisory insight, he ensures that strategies are not only designed but also implemented in ways that deliver lasting value for SMEs.

With more than eight years of advisory experience, Friedrich Dehn began his career as executive assistant at one of Germany’s largest financial distributors. During his studies in economics, he supported the development of a start-up focused on financial advisory for HENRYs, while at the same time holding an exclusive partnership with Europe’s first insurtech unicorn, which at that point had reached a valuation of USD 4.5 billion. With shifts in capital markets and a growing client base among SMEs, the path into corporate finance became increasingly clear. Initially structured through external cooperations, these services are now provided in-house, enabling attractive conditions for clients and ensuring that all perspectives are reconciled.

What distinguishes Friedrich’s approach is a particular dedication to the “S” within SMEs, where continuity and long-term perspective are often decisive. His advisory does not stop at optimising existing structures; it seeks to uncover potential that may not have been visible before, thereby creating new opportunities and strengthening resilience.

Before joining NextUnion, Alexandru gained significant experience in investment management and advisory, where he was responsible for analysing financial markets, developing portfolio strategies, and supporting high-net-worth clients. His international education in economics and finance, combined with the CFA designation, reflects his deep commitment to analytical excellence and professional standards.

Alexandru is particularly motivated by empowering entrepreneurs and families to make sound financial decisions in uncertain times. Jonas Zeman began his career as a banking professional while studying International Management. He later earned a Master of Science in Innovation and Management and gained valuable experience at a Big Four firm and a renowned private bank. His path eventually led him into the healthcare industry, particularly the dental sector, where he discovered his entrepreneurial drive.

Today, Jonas is active as a dental entrepreneur and founder of both a healthtech and an insurtech company. Together with his business partner Friedrich Dehn, he also leads a specialised advisory firm for the healthcare sector, focusing on holistic corporate finance and insurance solutions for companies and their owners.

His vision is to advance innovation, optimise structures, and actively shape markets. With an energetic and motivating character, Jonas is known for inspiring people to realise their potential. Despite his visionary outlook, he remains pragmatic and grounded. In his free time, he enjoys pushing his limits – whether on a mountain bike, on the golf course, or in other sports that challenge him.
